We are constantly improving our service to our customers week on week, both in terms of service features and service quality. This list shows the major improvements we have made since June 2007. See also recent changes and updates to the documentation system.

- Updated technical support documentation and moved it to a wiki based system.
- Designed and launched new website.

- Migrated legacy Rhydio Internet Support Intranet functions to our website, improved them, and closed down the old Support Intranet.
- Updated anti-spam software.
- Replaced web hosting statistics software with improved version.
- Improved speed and reliability of weekly server backup procedure.
- Updated QmailAdmin mailbox administration facility.
- Provided facility for e-mail administrators to impose quotas on individual mailboxes.
- Virtual Network Drives now show allocated quota as disk size
- Added quota usage information to web hosting management tools

- Updated DNS zone editor tool to support default entries and modern record types
- Option added to automatically create Google site map files for web hosting accounts each night
